Set-up Friday May 2nd 8am-12pm
Trade Show Hours Friday 12pm-6pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm
Tear-down Sunday May 4th 5pm-8pm

Booths are $500 for a 10×10 space.  Additional spaces are $250 each (plus HST).

Booths consist of a blank space on the ice rink surface.  You must bring everything else that  you need.

**Tables and chairs are available to rent for an additional charge.

**Hydro at this venue is extremely limited, but available to select vendors at an additional charge.

All Vendors are listed on the website with links to your page, and will be listed in the printed Program Guide.

Vendors cancelling before April 4, 2025 are entitled to a 75% refund, after that date there are NO REFUNDS.
