Olga is a Nationally and Internationally Certified Master Groomer. She has groomed competitively throughout the U.S. since 2004 and has multiple “Best in Show” and “Best
All-Around Groomer” wins as well as 2 prestigious
“Winners Circle Champion ” titles. She was born in Russia where she had a Masters Degree in Engineering and finished  law school. After moving to the U.S. Olga found a job in a grooming business. In 5 years, starting as a self taught newbie, she became a Groom Team USA member in 2008 – 2014, and helped the team to win a Silver and Gold. Her grooming experience includes styling dogs for prestigious Westminster and Eukanuba dog shows and celebrity customers. She participates in charity events and does grooming seminars all over the country and Worldwide.

Danelle German, Certified Feline Master Groomer, and Certified Feline Creative Groomer, founder and president of the National Cat Groomers Institute of America and the world’s first feline-exclusive grooming school, speaks worldwide on a wide variety of cat grooming topics. Danelle has authored books, study guides, certification standards, and articles for various publications and is the inventor of the Catty Shack Vac™ drying system as well as Chubbs Bars shampoo for pets.




Sandy Orford CMG

Sandy Orford CMG has shown and groomed dogs for over 40 years. She started as a Professional Dog Handler’s Assistant when she was 16 years old, and continued in the profession ever since. She then progressed to be a Professional Dog Handler where her specialty was showing and grooming coated breeder, such as Poodles, Bichons, Maltese, Shih Tzu, Poms, Airedales, Lakelands, and American Cockers. Sandy has bred Airedales, Lakelands, Poms, and currently breeds Shih Tzu’s with her eldest daughter.  After working at several dog grooming salons, Sandy opened “Classy Clips” in 1984 and it is still one of Winnipeg’s top salons . She began competing in Dog Grooming Competitions and won many “Best In Show’s” and “Best All Around Groomer’s”. She was Canada’s Top Groomer from 2004-2006. For the past 12 years, Sandy has competed on Team Canada for the World Grooming Competitions.
Currently, Sandy is acquiring her Conformation Judging Permit with the Canadian Kennel Club.

Nancy BrysonNancy Bryosn
Nancy Bryson has been grooming since 1976. She owned and operated Bryson Academy of Grooming/Dogs by Bryson Professional Grooming Salon in Caledon East, Ontario where she taught both the beginner and the professional, from 1995 to 2008. She currently operates Dogs By Bryson Professional Grooming salon and instructs professionals in skill advancement workshops. Nancy is a member of the advisory committee for Sheridan College’s “Animal Care Veterinarian Technician Program”.
A Certified Groomer with I.P.G., Nancy is a member of the Wahl Xtreme Team, and has been an active member of the Ontario Dog Groomers Association since its founding. She served as president from 1990 to 1993 and was voted their Grooming Personality of the Year for 2000, 2002 & 2004.
Nancy had an impressive win record, undefeated in the Terrier, Sporting and Creative categories. She is well known in the Canadian industry for her scissoring and creative styling. In 2009 Nancy became the first recipient of the Paws Way Centre’s Groomer of the Year Award. For 2010 Nancy received the Paws Way’s most prestigious award “Participant of The Year”.
Her professional credentials have earned her work as an industry demonstrator & speaker and competition judge. She has appeared both on television and in national magazines.

Stephania Leonardo

Stefania developed an interest in the grooming world for practical reasons: stephaniapicturein 2000 she decided to work with her trusted groomer to learn the business.  From that moment, the passion for the job brought her to participate in school and courses in Italy with Paola Acco, Oscar Ripamonti , and APT stage (Italian Groomers Association), and eventually to open her own grooming salon in Busseto, Italy. After hearing about ISB (Iv San Bernard) products from colleague groomers, she got in touch with ISB at ZooMark International 2009. In that same year studied with ISB Master Monique Van de Ven to improve and refine her techniques and specialize in cosmetics and OzoneTherapy, earning many certificates (from ISB and from Paola Acco). In 2010 she became an ISB certified teacher.

Agent Howard Kadish is a cruelty investigator with the Ontario Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (OSPCA) specializing in canine and equine welfare. For 12 years Howard has assisted the Ontario SPCA conducting temperament and adoptability assessments in shelter dogs.
As one of only a few Certified Professional Dog Trainers (CPDT) in Canada he has written dog training articles for Dog Sports Magazine, Dogs in Canada and other national publications. Howard is an enthusiastic and entertaining speaker passionate about helping educate people about their dogs, training and animal care. Howard presents animal care programs for children at the SPCA BARC camp, in public schools and 4H clubs as well as speaking at conferences, trade shows and public events. 

As well as public speaking Howard and his dogs are frequent guests on many television programs including Discovery TV, Top Dogs, Pedigree World of Dogs, Ultimate Dogs, Dogs in Canada TV, Open Mike with Mike Bullard, Breakfast Television, Canada AM, and others. For many years Howard and his dogs were featured performers at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair.
Howard and his dogs, Zac and Zed are well known for their high-energy freestyle disc routines. As a pioneer of the sport of disc dog in Canada, he founded the Canadian Disc Dog Association (CDDA) in 1999. As well as judging CDDA competitions, Howard presents seminars and workshops on disc dog training across Canada and the US. He also teaches classes at Dog Sports Centre. Believing in a rounded education Howard and his dogs have competed or participated in luring coursing, sledding, weight pulling, herding, JRT racing and tracking including earning a Grand Championship in flyball, Elite Championship in Disc Dog and competing at the National level in agility.
Howard’s wife Dawn is a veterinarian and dog trainer and together they own and operate Dog Sports Centre in Caledon, Ontario. They breed Border collies under the name HiQ Border Collies and live on 42 acres with their three children, dogs, horses, ponies, ducks, fish and cats.


Vera Needham  Vera Needham
Vera Needham is a Medical Exercise Specialist, Older Adult Specialist and Pilates Master Trainer.   In 1984 Vera started a Mobile Dog Grooming business.   By the age of thirty she was having grooming related neck and shoulder issues that she worried would be career ending. As a result of this injury Vera began a life time of research on injury prevention. As a 51 year old single mom Vera is grooming more than ever and has been completely pain free for over twenty years.  We often accept pain as a way of life.  

Vera has seen tremendous change in her clients using these types of exercise. Vera’s hip replacement client was featured in 2014 on the ViPR Banner. Vera created a pilates program using whole body vibration that was featured in canfitpro magazine.   Vera recently designed a piece of fitness equipment to help stabilize shoulders and improve wrist strength and flexibility especially for groomers called the Barber Stick. She has a DVD using the Barber Stick to make this program really simple and accessible .   Her mission now is to help educate other groomers on the value of proper exercise.


Renee AdamsRenee Adams
Renee has owned Adams New Edge with her husband Don for the last 20 years.  During this time she has had scissors made for her company, has dealt with some of the top scissor lines, and has learned much about what the grooming scissor is all about.  Renee has also been grooming for 25 years along with breeding and showing Standard and Miniature poodles.

Remy is the owner of Iv San Bernard Canada, Poil Luxe Grooming Supplies, and a grooming school in Quebec (Institut De Tonte Poil-Luxe).  He recently travelled overseas to study  at the famous Starwood Arts of Dog Grooming in Thailand.  He is well known for his creative hand stripping creations on his schnauzer “Case”.
